What changed, in plain words.

1.0 - Early Access

4 September 2026 - Early Access on Google Play

  • Today, under your thumb. A grid of the things you spend your day on. Tap one and choose what you meant, or hold it to start straight away. Tap the running task to stop it, to stop it at an earlier time, or to move when it started.
  • The day, entry by entry. Each entry with its task, its start, its end and its length. Add one by hand, trim one, correct one later. The record is yours, and it is meant to be corrected.
  • Your own tasks. Work, Study, Exercise, TV, Side project and Sleep to begin with. Rename them, add your own, pick a colour and a glyph, and archive the ones you do not use.
  • Sleep counts too. Start it at bedtime and stop it at breakfast. A night that runs past midnight is filed under the night it began, which is where it belongs.
  • History, at three zooms. Week, Month and Year, each task in its own colour, every range with a total, the share each task took, and an average a day. Tap a month for its weeks, a week for its days, a day for the day.
  • Hours, if you have set hours. Off by default. Turn it on and Sandglass tells you when you can knock off, keeps a running credit against your week that never resets, and lets a public holiday, leave or a sick day stop the day asking anything of you. History then adds Hours in credit across the window.
  • The widget. What is running, its clock, and a Start and Stop pill, so a task can be started and stopped without opening the app.
  • The look. Three accents, two dark grounds including Midnight for OLED, and no red anywhere. A long day is a fact, not a fault.
  • Free, all of it. No ads. No accounts. No subscriptions. Every task, every chart, the whole history and the widget, for everyone, with nothing held back and nothing counted against a limit.
